Assurity Labs Nine Phase Process

1. ASSESS

Current laboratory utilization reports are analyzed and financial performance estimates are provided.

2. DATA INTEGRATION

Current laboratory utilization reports are analyzed and financial performance estimates are provided.

3. TEST MENU ANALYSIS/INSTRUMENT SELECTION

Determine if waived testing needed as well as who will be responsible. Choose and set up reference laboratory agreements if needed for outside testing.

4. BUILD OUT

Determine the site, discuss locations and needs of client. Plan layout and modifications needed.

5. LICENSE & APPLICATIONS

Research and support for all regulations at the state and national level. Support in filling out and submitting all needed applications and licensures.

6. INSTRUMENT INSTALLATION

Instrument and equipment installation and all representation and applications for inspection by the state are completed.

7. PERSONNEL TRAINING

Assist in finding, interviewing, and selecting qualified personnel.

8.  COMPLIANCE

Research all state and national regulatory rules and make sure laboratory is continuously in compliance.

9. PARTNERS IN SUCCESS

Regular review of all previous phases, with changes and additions as needed. Routine visits to ensure that all is functioning as intended
